Coho Park - H.U.D.----

Newspaper Photo Coho Park is one of 11 housing projects aided by the city-borough for families with low and moderate incomes. The program got start with a $2.5 million state grant in FY1982. The grant allowed the city to make low interest loans to developers to help them get financing to construct housing and subsidize rents for low- income families.

While Coho Park is reserved as low and very low-income housing for 20 years, other projects vary in the time the subsidies will be available and the percentage of each project reserved for low- and moderate-income families................................
