Project: Amsterdam Sauer Located in a historic building. The store has all the modern amenities , with state of the art sales and communications, also ADA compliant restroom.

Project: AT&T Buccaneer Mall Projected Costs:   $0.4 million Design and construction administration for a 5,000 sq. ft. remodel of the AT&T corporate offices. Completion: December 1999

Project: Chase Bank A complete rehabilitation of the building including the addition of reinforcing in exterior walls and roof.

Project: First National Bank of Anchorage Extensive conversion of a fire station into a modern bank. It was awarded to honors for design.

Project: Cameron Plumbing Working with clients in providing new solution to old problems. Combining a major warehouse facility with attached retail space.

Project: Wilhoughby Business Center - Phase II Located at 400 Willoughby Center in Juneau, Alaska. An office building providing rentable space for companies. A limited site called for ground floor parking, while providing an indoor garage.

Project: Wilhoughby Business Center Willoughby Business Center, a facility offering rentable space for various companies. Special detailing allowed for building to be completed in 58 days, once the foundation was completed.

Project: Juneau Mass Transit Maintenance Facility The Capital city needed to have a facility to store and maintain the Mass Transit Fleet. Included in the facility was state of the art repair technology incorporated into the building.
