Project: Governor's Mansion
Costs: $0.5 million
The project consisted of the development of historical
preservation documentation along with supervision &
administration of the restoration.
Completion: The project has been completed and the final
document is in review with the Historic Commission.

Project: Filipino Hall
The long awaited construction and renovation of the
Filipino Community Hall started in spring 1983. Two
structures on the building`s side were demolished to make
room for the new story addition to the existing building.

Project: Fortuna Mill Estate - WebsiteGrafics
Luxurious residence and recreation villa at the only privately
owned restored mill on St.Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
For commercial presentation, Emerich and Associates did
the consulting and developing of the Websitegrafics.

Project: Harrisburgh Building
The old building on South Franklin Street has seen a lot of
Juneau`s history pass before it the mining heyday, the
growth of the capital everything from horses and buggies to
modern cars.

Project: Franklin Building
The Old Franklin Hotel renovation, 369 South Franklin St.,
across from Juneau Cold Storage. The energy features of
this 8,000-square-foot structure which has been converted
into office space include passive and active solar heat
pump systems.Insulation in the walls is R-44 and in the
ceiling R-58.

Project: Seward Building
Built at the turn of the century, the building?s unique
features were covered up in a 1950?s remodeling. The
building was completely restored and became the keystone
for the City?s Historic District.
