Design and construction administration for a 3,000 sq. ft.
residence. Initial permits approved with construction
documents to be completed in May.

Project: West India's Cruise Ship Dock, St. Thomas
The main purpose of the inspection was to determine the
general condition of the sheet piles and the entire dock
facilities for the purpose of transfer of ownership. An
estimate and design concept for repairs required prior to the
purchase. Visual and sonic testing of the sheet pile was
performed to determine its general condition

Project: Cowpet Bay West Sea Wall
Costs: $0.4 million
A major CZM permit was required. Construction
documentation along with administration was required for
the Sea Wall construction.
Completion: CZM and Building Permit are approved and
the sea wall is complete.

Review layouts to accept larger yachts inclusive
accommodate the trend in wider multi hull boats.

Project: Mooring System Design Calculations
As the marian industry changes, new innovative designs are
required to meet these needs. Developing new ground tackle
design increases flexibility and efficiency.

Project: Tropical Shipping Dock, St. Thomas
The main purpose of the inspection was to determine the
cause of the continuing erosion of the bulkhead area and to
determine the general condition of the sheet piles. Visual
and sonic testing of the sheet pile was performed to
determine its general condition.
