Project: Park Avenue
The unit is located at 1600 Park Avenue, Hoboken, New
Jersey. On this property a high rise building should be
developed, offering space for commercial and residential
needs.

Project: Las Venturas
A traditionally styled De Luxe Hotel with 150 suites on one
of the most beautiful places in the world: Fuerteventura -
one of the Eastern Islands group which are part of the
Canary islands archipelago.

Project: Crystal Mountain Sovereigns
The Sovereigns at Crystal Mountain are a year-round
recreational housing facility. The two high - rise buildings
provide more than 200 condominium units, operated as a
resort hotel it offers visitors a comfortable home and a
covered parking space.

Project: Crystal Mountain Condominiums
The houses are built in clusters on both sides of a rambling
creek flowing aimlessly through the valley. They are of
similar architecture, a multiplex/condominium design, and are
built with materials natural to the surrounding environment.

Project: Virgin Grand Villas
The villas are high-end vacation villas located on ST. John.
Built in clusters of four each has a private pool situated in a
beautifully landscaped site only a short walk from the beach
and the Virgin Grand Hotel.

Project: Juneau Receiving Home
The Juneau Receiving Home is a 12-bed, co-educational,
residential group home in a suburban locale. The Home
offers a structured living experience with planned
involvement in the community, as well as individual, group
and family therapy. It was the goal of the Juneau Receiving
Home Inc. to continue to provide emergency shelter/ short-
term care and long-term residential treatment for Juneau's
children and their families.

Project: Hyatt Regency Grand - St. John
The project consists of 8 buildings totaling 96 individual
units made up of two bedroom townhouses and three
bedroom villas. Work included reviewing each building and
dwelling unit under construction for the finance company.
This was then used to estimate the costs of construction of
the remaining units and related site work.
