Project: America` s Cup

According to the exciting thrill of the America` s 
Cup Challenge a dramatic and formidable project 
was proposed that would attract local and 
international attention. 

Project: Christiansted Waterfront Redevelopment

The site is Christiansted Gallows Bay Redevelopment 
Project sponsored by the VI Government. It consists of over 
a dozen buildings with an underground parking garage for 
over three hundred cars. 

Project: Juneau Urban Design

Brian A. Emerich was chosen to develop a complex urban 
enhancement plan for the city of Juneau, Alaska.

Project: On Site Sewage Disposal System

Projected Costs:   $10,000
This is award-wining design for new method of treating 
residential wastewater.

Completion: Completed September 1995

Project: Pistarckle Theatre

A four thousand sq. ft. facility grew from an old print shop. 
Innovative design technique provides for a versatile stage 
layout  and multi use programs

Project: Reichhold Center of Modern Arts

The design includes a class A museum, 200 seat theater and 
an elaborate sculpture garden with breathtaking views.

Project: Electrical Car

If electric cars are the wave of the future, the future has 
arrived in the capital city. Local architect Brian Emerich has 
begun a dealership for electric cars. 

Electric cars have some distinct advantages over their gas-
guzzling counterparts. There is, of course, no gas to buy. 
They run from seven to 14 times cheaper per mile than 
regular cars.
